The aim of STEM Term 2 is to make a Solar-powered toy. The toy I will be making will be a made of laser-cut parts. The item will be based on my favourite franchise; Sonic the Hedgehog. I am making the toy to appeal to younger audiences and fans of Sonic the Hedgehog. This toy will have a small track for a laser-cut Sonic figure to slide across the track using the energy from the solar panels. the track will be circular and painted as though it was Green Hill Zone Act 1. The figure will continue along the track until turned off.
